Thanks to Rory and the Five31 Team, I have the kitchen I've always wanted. Five31 showed me options I never thought we could achieve.  Rory listened to every single thing that was important to me and made sure it happened. They never fell behind in the timeline I was promised and the quality of the work was beyond my expectation. Very reasonable. It's been a year since my kitchen and main level was updated. The kitchen completely refurbished and remainder of the level updated with new flooring, lighting and trim work. Since completion, I called Rory regarding one small detail that needed attention and he was at my home the following day to address it.  Creative, Reliable, Reasonable and High Quality Work! Rory at Five31 is as meticulous and demanding of himself/his team as he is friendly and easy to work with.  He retrofit a Wolf range and separate downdraft unit to an existing center island with granite and cabinets and it looks as though the kitchen was originally designed for this new equipment.  And, most importantly, everything works beautifully.  No more smoke detector alarms while cooking!  The change also required HVAC and gas line adjustments and even our city inspector was impressed with the quality of the work and how creative the solution is.   We will definitely use Rory and his team again and again.
